Is it safe to buy on Ticket Exchange?
Yes, it is. We guarantee safe transactions using different means of certified payments. We also use the SLL security protocol to protect all transactions.
All tickets are automatically and manually checked before being posted for sale.
Logging in through Facebook is an extra protection by showing the user’s profile together with the number of friends as well as the number of tickets sold.
After the event, the buyer will receive an email with a link to leave a feedback on the seller. If the seller receives three negative feedbacks for not valid tickets, his account will be deleted.
We are making deals with other event planners to annul sold tickets and generate new ones. This will guarantee access 100%.
Which are the buying commissions on Ticket Exchange?
You will pay a 5% service cost that will be added to the price of the ticket (if the tickets costs 50 euro, you will be charged 52,50 euro). Some extra charges could be added according to the means of payment chosen.
Which means of payment are accepted?
Now, we accept the following:

Can I buy the ticket for an event that has already started?
Yes, you can. It is recommended to buy it as soon as possible before tickets are completely sold out.
How will the ticket be delivered to me?
The ticket can be downloaded immediately after payment has been made. You will receive an email confirming payment. If you don’t receive it, please check the spam section.
You can download the ticket from “MY PURCHASES”.
Can I resell a ticket bought on Ticket Exchange?
Yes.
On the ticket there is another name, is it a problem?
No, it isn’t. The ticket can contain the buyer’s name or the name of an agency but at the entrance we will check the bar code which is different for all the tickets.
What do I do if I receive a different ticket from the one I bought?
This is rare to occur. Once tickets have been automatically checked, they will be checked once again manually. For this reason, it is almost impossible to buy the wrong ticket.
If it happens please contact us (via mail or Facebook) so we can sort out the problem.
How long can the ticket remain reserved?
A ticket can be reserved for 15 minutes. If payment is not made within 15 minutes or something goes wrong, the reservation will be annulled and the ticket will be placed for sale again.
Can a seller sell the ticket more than once?
No, if a seller accidently uploads the same ticket more than once, the advert will be deleted.
Can the seller use the ticket I have bought?
Theoretically yes, but it hardly ever happens. If he does, the seller will not receive payment and will be banned from the site.
You can check the seller’s profile, how the number of Facebook friends as well as the number of tickets sold. This is an extra protection.
What is the seller’s feedback?
Some days after the event, it is recommended to leave a positive feedback if the ticket worked or a negative feedback if it didn’t. The seller will be banned if three negative feedbacks are left on his profile.
If you don’t leave a feedback within 2 working days from the event, we will consider it as a positive feedback.
What happens if the ticket is not considered valid for the event?
This rarely happens but it can happen. If the ticket is not accepted at the event, please let us know as soon as possible, via mail or Facebook. We will contact the seller to understand the reason why it wasn’t valid and we will try to solve the problem.
Can I contact the seller?
Unfortunately, you can’t. We believe it is better if the transactions are made through Ticket Exchange to avoid any problems. If any problems occur, we will contact the seller as soon as possible.
I am interested in an event but it’s not available on Ticket Exchange. Can I create it?
Yes, you can. If you look for an event and it’s not available on Ticket Exchange, you can insert the info regarding it. The event will be automatically completed and approved by an administrator.
Once published, the event has been created and it is necessary to register in a bucket list clicking on “I'M LOOKING FOR A TICKET”. When the seller uploads a ticket for the event you will receive an email with the link of the advert of the ticket.
Can I cancel a purchase?
Unfortunately, you can’t. Once payment has been made it is impossible to cancel the purchase or delete the transaction.
