Personal data and all information may be collected by visiting and registe ring on our "website" or by placing orders and using our services.
Which personal data is used?
Personal data includes information related to a specific individual and the cronology of his transactions. To have access to our services,the client will have to create an account using facebook login. By doing so, the public profile will be shared together with the e-mail address, date of birth, the number of friends and address.
Other personal data will be required:
Seller resident in Sepa area: phone number, bank details for payments (bank account holder and iban code), the state of residence for the VAT payment and the billing address.
Seller not resident in Sepa area: phone number, mail address of Paypal account, the state of residence for the VAT payment and the billing address.
Buyer: data for billing and VAT payment (address, number, country, zip code and state of residence).
How do we use your personal data?
Facebook data: we use your name, your profile picture, number of friends and your address to create your account. These data will be pubblicly displayed on the sale list to make the transaction more transparent and safer.
Phone number and email address: your phone number and mail address will not be published. The mail address will be used for sending e-mail on ads, tickets purchased, tickets sold, payment and any other type of comunications. The phone number will be used only in alternative to email address, if necessary.
Residence data and bank account details: the residence data will be used for the invoices and for VAT payment. The bank account details will be used only to pay sellers.
In case of fraud we will share your personal data with the buyer in order to allow him to file a complaint with the competent authorities. We will notify you in advance.
When using our website you agree to our Privacy policy
Children (under the age of 18) are not eligible to use the "website", if you are under the age of 18, you may only use this "website" under parents or guardian supervision.
If you register and buy or sell on our "website" or a partner web site, Ticket Exchange may share your personal information (excluding payment and bank account details) only with a few selected partners.
By agreeing to this privacy policy, you are consenting to the transfer of your personal data to these selected partners.
Generic information about internet connection
Some generic information about your computer's connection to the Internet will automatically be logged; this information is anonymous and cannot be used to track down your personal information.

It will not therefore be possible to read your data and all the information as it travels over the Internet.
The green address bar prominently displays the company name and provides highly visual assurance that the "website" is secure, confirming what was said above.
