How can Ticket Exchange be used?
To use Ticket Exchange, registration is required using a Facebook account. It is necessary to click on the top right hand corner of the site, on the button “Access through Facebook” and automatically you will find your own account.
Can I access Ticket Exchange without a Facebook account?
Unfortunately, no. Access through facebook is a warranty of security and transparency.

How much does Ticket Exchange cost?
Selling tickets is free of charge. A service cost will be applied once the tickets are sold. Service cost is 5% of the ticket price (incl. VAT) and is essential to cover all the site’s maintenance expenses together with advertisements’ expenses to allow the selling of the tickets to be done in the shortest possible time.
How do I provide payment for service cost?
Seller: Once the ticket is sold, the seller is charged a 5% service charge that will be deducted from his earnings for a total of 95% of the original price (If the price is 50 euros, instead of 50 euros the seller will earn 47.50 euros).
Buyer: the buyer is charged a 5% service charge that will be added to the selling price of the ticket (If the price is 50 euros, instead of 50 euros the seller will pay 52,50 euros). Extra costs will be charged according the type of payment chosen by the buyer.

Where do I find my tickets (purchased ones and sold ones)?
Click on your username on the righthand corner of the page, select "MY LISTING" (sold or for sale) from the drop-down menu or click on "MY PURCHASES" (purchased)and then check the "BUCKET LIST".
Can I modify my file?
